Each transaction is structured around the business and the objectives of its owner. Our preferred structure is a majority acquisition in which the owner retains a stake and continues to run the company, though we also consider full acquisitions and minority investments. We invest without a fixed holding period.

Eli Gestetner founded Gemcrest Group and leads the firm’s investment activity, from sourcing through structuring and closing. His background is in healthcare management and real estate acquisitions.
